Job Title: Radiology Manager

Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a Radiology Manager to lead our client's Imaging Department on a full-time, permanent basis. As the Radiology Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring a seamless service while supporting, managing, recruiting, and training staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Head of Department, reporting to the Director of Clinical Services.
- Lead, inspire, and manage the radiology team.
- Plan, allocate, assess, and provide feedback to team members.
- Maintain and support the effective use of physical and financial resources.
- Implement and monitor working processes and policies.
- Appropriately delegate tasks to team members.
- Ensure accurate staffing to meet patient needs.
- Foster a working environment that enhances health, safety, and security.
- Lead the implementation of IRMER regulations within the hospital.
- Promote equality and diversity.
- Manage relationships with Consultant Radiologists.
- Oversee all clinical governance and audit activities in the department.
Who They're Looking For:
- BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
- HCPC Registered.
- Significant post-qualification experience as a Senior Radiographer/Team Leader.
- Proven experience in leading teams to success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in RIS/PACS and IEP systems management.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- In-depth knowledge of IRMER legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for delivering high-quality diagnostic services.
