We are looking for an adventurous and highly skilled Qualified Social Worker to join us in the Adults Mental Health and Learning Disability team in Scunthorpe UK. This is a rewarding full-time locum position offering a competitive hourly rate of £35.00 over a span of 3 months. As a key player in Adults and Community Wellbeing, you will be instrumental in planning, providing, and evaluating a range of person-centred social work interventions.

What you will do:
- Manage a caseload and utilise social work methods, theories, and models to provide assessments and develop plans that enhance life opportunities for adults.
- Conduct statutory assessments, reviews, and reassessments to identify necessary actions for change and development.
- Collaborate with partners and other agencies to plan and coordinate a range of innovative services that meet the needs of adults and their support networks.
- Maintain comprehensive records in compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
- Arrange and lead planning meetings and customer reviews as needed.
- Participate in safeguarding inquiries and liaise with multi-agency partners to ensure appropriate actions are taken.
