Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Adults Initial Response Team

Hourly Rate: £35.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Initial Response Team in adult social care by screening safeguarding referrals.
- Make timely and informed decisions in line with the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
- Participate in rapid response services with face-to-face visits to assess the needs and risks of adults.
- Provide appropriate advice and support to adults at risk of abuse or neglect.
- Triage incoming work to ensure referrals reach the most suitable service or team.
- Collaborate closely with South Yorkshire Police to review DASH and Vulnerable Adults referrals.
