Job Title: Physiotherapy Team Lead

Salary: £37,350 - £45,996 per annum (depending on experience)
Sanctuary Personnel are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our client's reputable healthcare team in Cambridge. This is a team leader position, where the successful candidate will manage the day-to-day running of the outpatient physiotherapy team, ensuring effective staffing levels to provide high-quality patient care while meeting business needs.
Shift Pattern:
- Full time, 37.5 hours per week
- Shifts: Monday – Friday, 08:00 am – 18:00 pm with occasional Saturdays 08:00 am – 13:00 pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the team across multiple outpatient areas
- Oversee and plan the 6-day working rota in outpatient physiotherapy
- Provide highly skilled and specialised assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients within the outpatient service
- Take a lead role in the physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patient caseloads
- Provide education and teaching to the physiotherapy group
- Ensure the team delivers effective physiotherapy through appropriate clinical leadership and educational development
- Participate in audits
Who They're Looking For:
- Degree (BSc Hons in Physiotherapy) or equivalent
- UK experience is essential
- Experience of working in a UK hospital environment is essential
- Experience of assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of patients/cases
- Evidence of leadership or management roles previously, with ongoing CPD in clinical expertise and leadership/management
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload effectively and in a timely manner
