What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services to surgical inpatients, ensuring safe and effective use of medication.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team working within the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) and Surgical Inpatient settings..
- Provide expert advice and education to healthcare professionals and patients regarding medication use.
- Conduct medication reviews and develop individualised pharmaceutical care plans.
- Participate in ward rounds and clinical meetings to support patient management plans.
