What you will do:
- Deliver a client-centred occupational therapy service to a diverse caseload with complex needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop detailed treatment plans.
- Adapt activities to address the specific occupational, environmental, and vocational needs of individuals.
- Plan and coordinate seamless discharge, transfer, and case closure processes for service users.
Requirements:
Candidates must be registered with HCPC and have at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the field of occupational therapy within mental health settings. A car driver is preferable to facilitate travel between multiple sites.
