What you will do:
- Work autonomously to provide specialized patient assessments, including those with complex presentations, and formulate specialist therapy management plans.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of the Hand Therapy service, ensuring high-quality care for diverse hand-related conditions.
- Supervise and support less experienced Hand Therapy staff, assistants, and students, fostering an engaging and educational environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and service quality.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and HCPC guidelines.

Requirements:
- HCPC registration is essential.
- A minimum of two years' experience in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy, with a focus on hand therapy, is required.
- A car driver is preferable but not essential, as you may work across multiple sites.
