What You Will Do:
- Conduct assessments for equipment and adaptations to enhance clients' independence.
- Implement moving and handling techniques with an emphasis on proportionate care.
- Provide expertise in specialist seating to improve client comfort and posture.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Must be HCPC registered.
- Two years of experience within the Occupational Therapy specialism.
- Preferable to have a valid driver's licence to travel between various sites/offices.
