What you will do:

- Conduct assessments of clients to identify their functional abilities and challenges
- Develop individualised intervention plans to support clients in achieving their goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions aimed at enabling individuals to live independently
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on clients' progress
- Offer expert advice and guidance to clients, families, and other professionals

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:

  • Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist
  • Recent NHS experience
  • Registered with the HCPC
