The salary for this permanent Occupational Therapist job is £41,967 - £50,088 per annum.

Your Role:
- As an Occupational Therapist with our client, you’ll be an integral part of a highly supportive, person-centred team.
- You’ll conduct assessments to understand each person’s unique needs, help them regain crucial skills, and tailor reablement plans that promote their independence. With access to a wealth of multidisciplinary expertise, you’ll have the resources you need to make a real difference. Beyond your direct work with clients, you’ll play a key role in mentoring colleagues, fostering a culture of continual learning and growth.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC Registration
- Experience in community care and disability assessments
- Sensitivity and empathy when supporting clients with new health challenges
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Experience with moving and handling tasks
- Familiarity with case management systems and Care Act 2014
