What you will do:
- Support Reablement Officers with complex cases by providing expert guidance and crafting tailored Reablement goals and strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs to determine appropriate interventions and assistive equipment.
- Collaborate closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care plans.
- Implement and evaluate therapeutic programs designed to enhance daily living skills and independence.
- Keep meticulous records and documentation to track progress and make informed recommendations.

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Proven experience in physical and older people Reablement, with a solid understanding of adaptations.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Demonstrable occupational therapy experience in the UK, showcasing your capabilities in delivering high-quality care.
