What you will do:
- Assess and provide patient-centred care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring effective treatment and rehabilitation strategies.
- Collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care pathways.
- Engage in regular reviews and evaluations to optimise therapeutic interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Provide support and education to patients and their families to ensure comprehensive understanding and management of conditions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports according to HCPC guidelines and NHS standards.
This supercharged locum role requires you to have:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Two years of experience, preferably with a drive for a variety of cases.
- HCPC registration.
- A valid driver's licence (preferable).
- Experience in the NHS is a desirable addition to your skill set.
