The Neurological Centre will provide a 22-bed facility offering specialised round-the-clock nursing and therapy services tailored to individuals with complex, long-term neurological conditions. Our focus is on furnishing continuous support and assistance to enhance functional capabilities and enhance overall quality of life. Specialising in neuro-rehabilitation, tracheostomy, and ventilator care, our Centre ensures personalised care by adapting bedrooms to meet individual needs, equipped with high dependency apparatus such as ceiling track hoists, wall-mounted suction, and oxygen equipment. Additionally, our Centre boasts well-appointed therapy amenities, generous lounge spaces, and wheelchair-accessible gardens.
As a successful candidate, you will utilise your expertise in managing designated caseloads, employing both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to conduct assessments, formulate plans, implement interventions, and assess outcomes in alignment with care plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments, planning sessions, and implementing interventions.
- Evaluating outcomes aligned with care plans.
- Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Introducing and refining evidence-based therapeutic activities to aid in mental health recovery.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Current HCPC registration and RCOT membership.
- Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting.
