Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on a new locum opportunity based in Redditch, within the Inpatient unit.

Contract Type: Locum contract
Pay Rate: £20.56 per hour (assignment rate)
Main Duties:
- RMNs will start working at Hillcrest in Redditch to help integrate into the team and provide stability before the move and then potentially move with the ward to Worcester and help with the settling in
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Valid NMC Registration
- Full commitment from the workers, we would not expect any cancellations or deviation from the bookings assigned to them, they would need to provide the highest level of care and be prepared to join a successful team in continuing to provide a high level of care
