Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Paediatric Neurodevelopmental Nurse (RMN) to take on a new locum opportunity based in Birmingham, within the ADOS team. Location: Birmingham. Will be working with clients at bases/children centres, however must have own transport & be prepared to travel to meet service needs. Contract Type: ASAP for an initial 12-week period. Possibility of extension. Working Hours: Full Time (Mon-Friday, 9am-5pm. Part time and flexible working will be considered). Pay Rate: £35-£45 per hour (assignment rate). Main Duties: Work as part of multidisciplinary and multi-agency teams to deliver highly specialist interventions according to the agreed service packages of care and pathways. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with parents / carers and other stakeholders, using highly developed negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. Maintain, develop and promote excellence in clinical practice within the specialist area of the service, with reference to current research and evidence-based practice, contributing to safe effective practice in the specialist clinical area.
