What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for acutely unwell inpatients.
- Develop and implement tailored nutritional plans, offering critical dietary advice and intervention.
- Manage patients requiring specific nutritional support, including those needing ONS, tube feeding, and TPN.
- Support the critical care team with your expert knowledge of acute settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coherent patient care and treatment plans.
