Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Deputy Recruitment Manager to work full time for TACT (The Adolescent & Children’s Trust), Homebased in Wales and Bristol. Ideally somewhere in Swansea, Cardiff and Newport area of South Wales.
The salary for this permanent Deputy Recruitment Manager job is up to £43,314 per annum.
Main duties:
- Overseeing the assessment process providing supervision and support to Independent Assessors and internal Assessing Social Worker.
- Managing and providing quality assurance for all Form F assessments through to approval.
- Working closely with Area Teams to identify training opportunities for applicants in assessment.
- Attend and provide up to date information to area team meetings.
- Providing an ongoing customer focused relationship with applicants.
- Applicants should be able to travel across South Wales and over the bridge to Bristol for foster carer recruitment events and home visits to prospective foster carers.
- Travel also to attend occasional manager meetings and away days in locations such as London and Manchester.
Requirements of this Deputy Recruitment Manager role:
- A professional Social Work qualification or equivalent.
- A management qualification.
- Understanding of relevant legislation.
- Registered or eligible for registration.
- Have a good working knowledge of the relevant legislation.
