Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency, has a new permanent position available for a Deputy Manager within a Residential Home to work full-time based in Ipswich.

The salary for this permanent Residential Deputy Manager job is up to £36,000 per annum.

Main Duties:

  • To deputise for the Registered Manager, ensuring the smooth daily running of the home in their absence
  • To undertake a lead role in ensuring the care and welfare of each child in placement
  • To guide and support all members of the broader care team
  • To raise any concerns with the Registered Manager as appropriate
  • To be part of an on-call rota for the home
  • To promote the CF practice model across the team

Must haves:

  • Previous experience as a Children’s Home Deputy Manager
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
  • Experience in building relationships/rapport with others
  • Experience in leading a team
