Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a Clinical Practice Facilitator (CPF) to join our client's Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at a renowned independent hospital in the UK dedicated exclusively to women and children. This hospital is recognised for its high standard of care and holds a "Good" rating from the CQC.

As a Clinical Practice Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the professional practice of their teams. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of educational programmes for new and existing nursing staff, and potentially leading the development of onboarding processes. You will drive educational initiatives to meet regulatory standards and elevate their care quality, identifying practice gaps and implementing educational activities accordingly. Success in this role requires in-depth clinical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills, alongside a passion for exceptional patient care.

Shift Pattern: 

  • Full time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday

They require candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN
  • First-level degree in Paediatric Nursing
  • Post-graduation certificate in education with a recognised mentorship qualification
  • Extensive experience in clinical education, with significant experience in a relevant nursing specialty
  • Post Graduate Module in Practice Education
  • Train the trainer qualification is desirable
