The salary for this permanent CAMHS Therapy Lead job is £40,000 - £52,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Duties:
- Provide day-to-day management and leadership of the CAMHs outpatient therapy service
- The facilitation of specialist individual sessions, and the completion of assessments and treatment plans for a range of patients
- Complete 40-50% of their contracted hours as clinical hours
Requirements of the CAMHS Therapy Lead:
- A fully accredited BABCP/ BACP/ UKCP or HCPC Therapist to lead and support the therapy staff within the private outpatient service
- Be available to support the TSM with specialist projects as the site requires
- Post qualification experience of working with a range of adult mental health issues
- Good communication skills and a flexible approach are essential
