What you will do:
- Provide professional nutritional advice and support to a range of patients, tailoring your approach to individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams across multiple sites to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and report on progress.
- Develop and implement educational resources and sessions for patients.
- Stay up-to-date with current research and evidence-based practices in dietetics.
- Support junior staff and provide guidance and mentoring where necessary.
To thrive in this role, you will have at least 2 years of experience in dietetics and be registered with the HCPC. While not essential, being a car driver is preferable for ease of travel between sites.
