Job Title: Dietitian – Band 6 – Renal
Location: Whitechapel, London (Based at multiple sites/offices)
Salary: £28 per hour

What you will do:
- Provide expert dietary advice to patients with renal conditions, ensuring optimal nutritional care.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored dietary plans.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting dietary interventions as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on nutritional management for kidney health, empowering them with the knowledge needed for self-care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
Essential requirements:
- HCPC registration is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in renal dietetics or strong knowledge in this specialism.
- Preferably a car driver due to the multi-site nature of the role.
