Are you an experienced and motivated individual looking for a rewarding leadership role within Adult Social Care? Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist Team Leader to join our client's dynamic Adult Social Care Service, reporting to the Locality Manager.

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality social care services to the local community. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure the best outcomes for service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and workload management.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members, promoting a positive and inclusive working environment.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective partnership working.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and best practice, ensuring compliance and promoting continuous professional development within the team.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Extensive experience within the field of Adult Social Care, with a sound understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving shared goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage competing demands.
  • A commitment to delivering person-centred services and promoting the independence and well-being of service users.
  • Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
