Candidate Requirements
- Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience in mental health, education, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at various levels.
- Experience in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
