What you will do:
- Engage and assess residents awaiting OT assessment within the OT Duty team
- Collaborate with families of disabled children, older individuals, and adults with disabilities or long-term health conditions
- Provide key support in enhancing residents' independence through well-considered equipment and adaptations
- Utilize your excellent verbal and written communication skills to offer outstanding customer care
