What you will do:

- Assess complex equipment and adaptations to meet individual client needs.
- Gain experience by working with patients with neurological diagnoses, and tailor your approach to each unique situation.
- Liaise with the council adaptations team for major adaptations referrals, participating in joint visits to ensure thorough collaboration and effective outcomes.
- Work with clients in their own homes, establishing strong rapport with families and carers to deliver holistic care.
- Travel across the borough in this role, requiring a car driver for efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

- HCPC registration is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialism of adaptations and occupational therapy.
- A car driver is preferable, given the comprehensive nature of the role across the borough.
