Sanctuary Personnel is looking for an experienced and dedicated systems development manager to join our team in Swindon.
The successful candidate will play a key role in working closely with various stakeholders, including business users, module leads, Housing Management IT, external vendors, and NEC to ensure the system meets the local authority's requirements and is delivered on time and within budget.
The rate of pay for this role is £435.30+ P/D.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the solution design, parameter design and configuration of the NEC Housing system, ensuring it is configured to meet the specific needs of the local authority and module leads.
- Lead the mapping of legacy (Capita) data to NEC data.
- Support SBC business users and module leads during NEC-led workshops, challenging appropriately and providing the benefit of your experience of similar implementations
- Conduct detailed analysis of current, module specific, processes to identify requirements and areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including business users, housing management teams, IT, NEC consultants and external vendors.
- Support system testing and quality assurance to ensure the system meets all functional and technical requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to work flexibly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
