What you will do:
- Provide expert Speech and Language Therapy services to adults with neurological conditions including stroke and multipathology.
- Independently assess and treat patients with a range of communication and swallowing needs, catering to acute, chronic, and complex conditions.
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient records and statistics to ensure seamless care.
- Oversee the inpatient caseload, planning and prioritising effectively to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care and rehabilitation.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration is a must-have to ensure your expertise is recognised and trusted.
- Two years of experience in speech and language therapy, specifically within neurological specialisms, will set you up for success.
- Being a car driver is preferable, making it easier to navigate the community and access various locations.
