What you will do:

  • Work closely with children and young people with complex needs, ensuring their well-being and safety
  • Assess and manage ongoing cases within statutory requirements
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with families, carers, and external agencies
  • Implement and oversee care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Provide guidance, support, and intervention where necessary
  • Maintain accurate and timely records and reports


Must-Have:
To excel in this role, you will have at least three years of experience working with children and young people, preferably within a statutory children's team or children in our care function. Your deep knowledge and experience in handling complex needs will be invaluable.
