Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Social Worker within the Child Care Management Team to work full time based in Pembrokeshire.
The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is up to £39,298 per annum.
Main duties:
- To undertake Simple Integrated Assessment and Comprehensive Integrated Assessments in compliance with the Assessment Framework.
- To develop care plans and support packages.
- To undertake statutory duties in respect of Children Looked After.
- To undertake duties in respect of Children on the Child Protection Register.
- To undertake duties in respect of other Children in Need.
- To undertake care proceedings.
- To input data onto Care First.
- To undertake any other risks as required.
- To work within the framework of all Child Protection Procedures and Pembrokeshire Child Care Procedures.
- When two years post qualified, undertake to quality and take the role of practice assessor and/or practice facilitator for social work students on placements.
Requirements of this Social Worker Practitioner job:
- A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
- Understanding of relevant legislation.
- Continual professional development.
- Social Work England registered.
