What You Will Do:
- Provide a professional social work service to adults, as part of a high-performing multi-disciplinary team.
- Conduct statutory duties in accordance with Directorate policies, maintaining the highest standards of practice.
- Manage your caseload under the guidance of the Team Manager, ensuring effective support is delivered to those in need.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and other professionals to assess individual needs and deliver tailored care packages.
- Develop your skills working with older adults, including those with mental infirmities or physical disabilities.
- Assist and support team members as needed and take part in the duty system on a rota basis.
