Key Responsibilities:
- Screen safeguarding concerns, collaborating with the Advice and Referral Team (ART) to gather and assess relevant information.
- Make timely decisions on whether S42 criteria are met, ensuring the safety and well-being of adults in the community.
- Engage directly with clients, offering a personalised and outcome-focused service that prioritises the individual in decision-making.
- Work closely with partner agencies to foster multi-disciplinary collaborations, ensuring comprehensive care and protection for adults.
- Contribute to the development of innovative approaches in service delivery, promoting integration and adaptability in safeguarding practices.
About You:
We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Social Workers with previous experience in adult safeguarding. A strong understanding of relevant legislation and a commitment to personalised care is essential. The ideal candidate will be a driving force for positive change. A valid driver's licence is required, as travel across the county will be necessary to meet service demands.
