What you will do:
- Collaborate with individuals to create and implement care plans aimed at achieving personal goals and enhancing their quality of life.

- Work within statutory legal frameworks, such as the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005, to safeguard client wellbeing and ensure compliance.
