What you will do:
- Manage a caseload that includes Child and Family Assessments, Child in Need cases, and Child Protection as well as Child Care Proceedings leading to permanence.

- Engage with children through direct work and employ child-centred practice to foster effective relational work with children and families.
- Showcase exceptional organisational skills to juggle competing demands and uphold high standards of practice and performance.

Requirements of the Social Worker:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current Social Work England registration
  • Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker
