What you will do:
- Support and mentor newly qualified social workers and students, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Act as the team lead in delivering training and disseminating best practice improvements.
- Handle complex cases, ensuring compassionate and effective support for families and children.
- Collaborate with team members both in the office and virtually to maintain a cohesive, stable unit.
- Visit children face-to-face, ensuring safety and engagement with those in need of support.
Requirements of the Advanced Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker
