What You Will Do:

  • Manage a small caseload of complex cases, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes for young adults transitioning to adulthood.
  • Supervise and guide a team of approximately four social workers, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment.
  • Conduct face-to-face visits and meetings to build strong relationships with service users and partners, providing hands-on support.
  • Deliver expert professional advice, contributing to service improvements and best practice in adult social care.

Responsibilities/General Duties:

  • A minimum of three years post-qualification experience is required, with prior experience in a senior role preferred.
  • Expertise in managing complex cases and supporting the team within the Progression to Adulthood Social Care Team is essential.
