What You Will Do:
- Manage a small caseload of complex cases, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes for young adults transitioning to adulthood.
- Supervise and guide a team of approximately four social workers, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment.
- Conduct face-to-face visits and meetings to build strong relationships with service users and partners, providing hands-on support.
- Deliver expert professional advice, contributing to service improvements and best practice in adult social care.
Responsibilities/General Duties:
- A minimum of three years post-qualification experience is required, with prior experience in a senior role preferred.
- Expertise in managing complex cases and supporting the team within the Progression to Adulthood Social Care Team is essential.
- Balance face-to-face engagement with the flexibility of remote working, ensuring professional responsibilities and personal well-being are maintained.
