Sanctuary Personnel are currently seeking an Operating Department Practitioner to join our client's Theatre department at an esteemed private healthcare facility dedicated to women and children's health in central London. This role offers a unique opportunity to train in paediatric scrub procedures within a vibrant and professional environment.

Their theatre team comprises experienced Consultants and Practitioners who conduct numerous complex procedures daily, spanning Gynaecology & Obstetrics, as well as general and paediatric surgeries.

Shift Pattern: 

  • Full time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Sunday, Early (07:30 am -16:00 pm), Late (12:30 pm - 21:00 pm) and long days (07:30 am - 21:00 pm)

What you’ll bring:

  • Current HCPC/NMC Registration
  • Minimum of 24 months Surgical (scrub) experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to motivate others
