Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Senior Key Worker to work full time based in a home in Edgware.
The salary for this permanent Residential Support Worker job is £28,224 - £32,178 per annum.
Main Duties:
- As a Senior Key Worker, you’ll take on a key leadership role, supporting both the care team and residents to create a positive and nurturing environment.
- Lead, supervise and support a team of care workers to deliver exceptional care.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Build trusting relationships with residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Oversee daily care routines, ensuring all work complies with policies and regulations.
- Work closely with families, social workers and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
Requirements of the Senior Key Worker:
At least 12 months’ experience as a senior in an EBD or complex behaviour care setting.
A Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care.
A full driving licence.
Flexibility and a willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
