Qualified Social Worker - Adults Social Care Team

What you will do:
- Manage a complex and varied caseload with appropriate supervision, guidance, and support, reflecting Adult Social Care policies and legislative frameworks.
- Prepare reports, statements, and representations, and attend Court hearings or the Court of Protection as required.
- Make informed decisions and manage risk in relation to caseloads using professional judgment and evidence-based tools.
- Engage in direct work with service users, carers, and families, adhering to interagency safeguarding adults’ policy and procedures.
- Collaborate with health and other agencies to plan and respond to individual needs.
- Ensure regular monitoring and reviews of support plans are carried out to meet financial and assessed needs.
- Participate actively in multi-disciplinary forums and undertake the role of Chair when necessary.
- Contribute to the practice development of the team and assist other social workers by offering guidance and support.
