What you will do:
- Conduct specialist assessments and high-quality evaluations within the CAMHS Single Point of Access to ensure that children and young people receive the most appropriate care pathway.
- Formulate and implement evidence-based intervention plans for young children and their families, ensuring holistic and coordinated mental health services.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide mental health advice and consultations, contributing directly to the care of young clients and their families.
- Manage risks qualitatively, ensuring adherence to organisational policies, professional guidelines, and ethical considerations.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and employ outcome measures meaningfully to assess treatment effectiveness.
- Utilize your communication skills to provide consultations and training to staff across various settings and contribute to service evaluations.
