What you will do:

  • Work collaboratively as part of a specialised physiotherapy team within the Community Integrated Neuro and Stroke Service alongside professionals including Occupational Therapists Speech and Language Therapists Dietitians Psychologists Assistant Practitioners and Rehabilitation Technicians.
  • Deliver comprehensive evidence-based assessments and treatments for adults with neurological disorders in their own homes at clinics or within other community environments in Coventry.
  • Adhere to established stroke and neurological care pathways ensuring all rehabilitation is conducted according to specified protocols.
  • Coordinate closely with team members and other community services to foster effective rehabilitation for patients.
  • Contribute to quality and activity monitoring systems enhancing service delivery.
  • Follow the lone worker policy ensuring safety for all during community visits.
  • Provide flexible service coverage over weekends and bank holidays meeting the needs of patients.
  • This position requires HCPC registration and a valid driving licence to travel across service locations in Coventry.
