What you will do:
- Independently assess, treat, and discharge patients in a community rehab team, ensuring each patient receives tailored, top-notch care.
- Employ recognisable outcome measures and robust clinical reasoning to guide and modify treatment plans effectively.
- Utilize your skills and previous experience, preferably in a Band 7 position, to make a significant impact on patient treatment and recovery.
- If you're a car driver, your easy mobility will be an advantage in reaching patients in diverse community settings.
Job Requirements:
- HCPC Registration (Health and Care Professions Council) is required.
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate physiotherapy experience in a rehabilitation setting
- Car driving is preferable.
