Locum Opportunity: Qualified Social Worker within Adults Neighbourhood in Cleveland House, 224 Eccles Old Road, Salford, Greater Manchester, earning £32 per hour. What you will do:
- Provide leadership, support, and advice to adult social care staff, fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Lead on safeguarding enquiries, utilising a strength-based approach to promote individuals’ outcomes.
- Chair section 42 enquiries and focus on Making Safeguarding Personal, placing the needs and wishes of individuals at the forefront.
- Develop and implement integrated, multi-disciplinary working practices to enhance service delivery.
- Motivate and guide staff through supervision and mentoring, nurturing a team of capable, engaged professionals.
- Monitor and improve service quality, ensuring it meets both legal standards and community needs.
- -acilitate the induction and professional development of new starters, promoting a learning culture.
