The salary for this permanent Project Worker job is £22,478 - £25,504 per annum.

Duties:
- Providing life skills and intensive housing management support to individuals with enduring substance use problems and complex needs
- Maintain professional boundaries
- Use your own initiative to respond to emergencies and unexpected situations
Requirements of the Project Worker:
- Have good time management skills
- Be able to work as part of a team and independently
- Use a compassionate approach when dealing with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviour
- Have good communication skills
- A driving licence is preferred
