Sanctuary Personnel are looking for a Planning Obligations Research Officer to work on an interim basis with Gloucestershire County Council for an initial period of 7 months.
37 Hours Per Week
Up to £23.03 Per Hour (PAYE) or £29.37 Per Hour (Umbrella)
The Job-
The purpose of this role is to ensure that the information held on the County Council’s planning obligation database is up to date and accurate to improve the reporting function of the authority. The role is expected to review historic planning agreements and finance reports on spend to reconcile the information contained within the planning obligations database (Mastergov).
You will be part of small but multi-disciplined team which provides a friendly supportive work environment that encourages personal growth and supports career progression.
- Report cases where monies may need to be repaid and support the repayment process.
- Support the production of the Annual Infrastructure Funding Statement and the Local Development Guide.
Applicant Requirements-
- Understanding of relevant Planning Legislation
- Familiar with S106 Legal Agreements and the planning system of which they are a part.
- An awareness of the services delivered by the Traffic & Highway Maintenance team and the wider transport responsibilities of Bristol City Council.
