What you will do:
- Conduct patient medication reviews and provide expert advice on pharmaceutical care to patients and healthcare staff.
- Oversee the safe dispensing of medications, ensuring compliance with professional standards and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient treatment plans and outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on medication management and possible side effects.
- Participate actively in clinical meetings, contribute to ongoing quality improvement processes, and keep abreast of the latest clinical guidelines and developments in pharmacy practice.
