What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to medical, surgical, paediatric, and neonatal specialties.
- Tailor ward assignments based on your knowledge and experience, ensuring optimal patient care.
- Engage in some dispensary work, contributing to the efficient running of the hospital’s pharmacy services.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, making a tangible difference in patient outcomes.
- Offer expert advice and support to ensure safe and effective medicine management across the wards.
Requirements:
- GPHC registered.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- Essential skills and experience in clinical hospital pharmacy.
