What you will do:
- As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients in both general medical and surgical settings.
- Review and manage patient medication regimens, ensuring safe and effective use of medications.

- Conduct medication reconciliation and clinical screening for inpatient admissions.
- Utilise your clinical expertise to contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and patient care plans.
Requirements:
- To thrive in this role, you must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Candidates must possess solid experience in general medical and surgical clinical pharmacy and be fully compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
