Band 7 Pharmacist Job Opportunity in Birmingham
We are offering an incredible opportunity for a Band 7 Pharmacist to join the team at Good Hope Hospital in Birmingham. Earn between £27 to £30 per hour on an ongoing contract while working full-time, Monday to Friday, with a total of 37.5 hours per week. This role requires GPHC registration and previous hospital experience is essential. What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients by conducting thorough evaluations and developing effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and efficient medication management in wards.
- Support dispensary services as needed, providing comprehensive and timely pharmaceutical dispensing to patients and staff.
- Monitor and review medication regimens to prevent and resolve any issues, ensuring optimal patient safety.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
