What you will do:
- Deliver a comprehensive medicines optimisation service to patients and the multidisciplinary treatment team. Ensure all services adhere to CNWL Trust policies, procedures, and standards.
- Develop and hone your clinical knowledge and skills to become a proficient foundation pharmacist by completing a diploma in Clinical Pharmacy Practice.
- Provide a safe and effective dispensing and supply service to St Charles Hospital when required, participating in the established rota.
